I have to confess that it's been centuries since the last time I dropped some lines here, so, I know it's high time I put my ass into gear and wrote anything here.
Well, lots of things have happened to me recently...
* I've been dieting since March and I'm proud to say that I'm 23 kilos DIFFERENT.
* I will finally get my law degree (sigh)- after some months of despair - not because I had to spend nights with lights on and read a pile of law books with those microscopic letters in an attempt to memorize 'em and get straight A's - but 'cause when we, law students, started seeing a light at the end of the tunnel or the law course if it sounds more proper, some UFF workers nicely decided to go on a strike and simply spoil our dream that was about to come true. But as I believe everything is under God's control, those striking workers have decided not to strike anymore and we'll all get our "all we need" paper!!
* I'm still working at the same place with tons of different guys and tasks, and, what I can say is that I've got this passion for teaching. But after spending some years teaching people at different ages I came up with the following conclusion: most students don't give a damn to discipline and to what they're studying and I don't feel like babysitting them 'cause I do believe students are to be aware of the necessities and things to be achieved in life. For this reason, I'm kinda tired of being some pupils' mom and dad trying to make'em wake up and WALK - However, I may and really long to help students who want to be helped but I can't be THEIR LEGS for the rest of my life.
*Well, it's 1:19 am and I'm still up. I must tuck in 'cause I have to be up and about by 8:00.
